How can you post to my social media channels?

If you’d like us to post to your existing social media channels, you will need to delegate administrative access to our team to those channels. Your content specialist will be posting to your social media channels on your behalf.

Who would be posting on my social media channels?

As soon as you sign up for a package, a dedicated content specialist would be allocated to your account. The content specialist would well research your business, your audience, voice of your business and ensure that the content curated and written for your social media pages engages and entices your audience.

The content managers are specialists in content curation for social media channels. We are working with several businesses and generally a content specialist assigned to you would have been working on a business similar to your s already. You can let the content specialist know about your requirements in advance and he / she would be your single point of contact for all your social media posting requirements.

How soon can you start once I buy the package?

It generally takes around 1 week or less for our content specialists to study your business, understand your audience, get administrative access to your profiles or create new profiles for you. You can expect your content posting to start in a week or less after you buy the package. A dedicated content specialist is assigned to you in 2-3 days time after purchasing of the package.

Do you offer additional services?

Do I have to sign a contract?

There is a short agreement you accept when you buy the service. There are no contracts to be signed though. You are free to cancel your services anytime by giving us a 30 day notice. However, most clients we have are so happy that they recommend our services to others rather than canceling our services.

Can I still post on my social media pages?

Yes, Of course, you retain the administrative access to your social media channels and can get involved as much as you like.

How can I let you know of offers / promotions coming up?

The dedicated content specialist will be your single point of contact for all your requirements. You can send the details to your content specialist and he/she would ensure to include them in the posting. In fact, the content specialist might come up with suggestions for you regarding offers / promotions as well.

What modes of payment do you accept?

Paypal is safe and secure and we accept it as our preferred mode of payment. If you wish to pay via your credit / debit card, you can pay it via paypal.

Do I get a discount if I buy the service for longer duration?
